@sapidityathome is proof that delicious dinners and tiny humans can be juggled—serving up Peking Duck with carrot & cabbage salad like a pro. Who needs a sous chef when you’ve got a baby on your hip?
What You’ll Need:
1 packet of Luv-a-Duck Peking Duck Breasts
1 carrot
¼ cabbage
A handful of coriander
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Thai red chilli, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
Juice of 1 lime
How To:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove the sauce and duck from the packet, wrap in foil, and bake for 15–17 minutes.
Prep the salad: Thinly slice the carrot and cabbage, toss with chopped coriander, and set aside.
Make the nuoc cham: Combine fish sauce, garlic, chilli, sugar, and lime juice. Add 2–3 tablespoons of water and stir well.
Assemble: Drizzle the nuoc cham over the salad and serve with the warm duck.
