Christmas is a time to enjoy yourself with family and friends. And this includes eating fabulous food!  These great recipes are easy when you know how and will make your Christmas the most delicious ever.  Come and prepare them with us first so you can be a star on the day.

Duck leg stuffed with pistachios and almonds and a sticky shiraz glaze
Duck neck stuffing - 2 fabulous varieties

Egg Nog
