Do you have a passion and taste for duck and want to learn more? Let our chef guide you step by step on how to cook mouth watering duck dishes at home.
See how easy it is to cook a whole duck and duck portions as well as some simple sauces and accompaniments. We teach you the facts and the benefits of serving duck.
We even show you how to cook the world's best roast potatoes using duck fat!
We let you be the judge, by dining at the "chef's round table" on all of the dishes that you have created on the day!
