See how easy it is to cook a whole duck and duck portions as well as some simple sauces and accompaniments. We teach you the facts and the benefits of serving duck.

We even show you how to cook the world's best roast potatoes using duck fat!

We let you be the judge, by tasting all of the dishes that our chef has created on the day!
