A Taste of Asia - BBQ Hands On

The warmer weather is just around the corner! Let us transport you to the flavours of Asia, while you learn how to create authentic BBQ Asian duck recipes.

During this hands on class you will roll up your sleeves, put on an apron and with some tips and guidance from our chef you will prepare a delicious duck meal.

At the end of the class we will sit down and enjoy the banquet you have helped create, with a glass of wine.

For many years now Australians have been fascinated with Asian cuisine, and with everyday ingredients more accesible, why wouldn’t you be?!

It's great fun - come along on your own, bring a friend or arrange a work or social group.

Please note: Come with a list of questions for our demonstrator. They will be only to happy to answer all your questions about cooking with duck.
An apron is provided to wear during the class. Please wear suitable clothing and shoes for the kitchen.
