Emirates Airlines are serving the new Luv-a-duck Smoked Duck Liver on board flights departing from Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
It is on the dinner Menu as an appetizer Smoked Duck Liver Placed on a bed of wild rocket and baby spinach leaf salad, accompanied with an orange flavoured cranberry dressing and crispy black sesame wafers.
Business Class and First Class passengers can enjoy this duck delicacy on route to Asia and Europe.
