Add a point of difference to your menu with duck legs.

Roasting some duck legs and serve on top a risotto with mushrooms and roasted garlic, or a potato or vegetable mash. Confit duck legs in a hearty traditional French bean Cassoulet. Braise some duck legs with root vegetables, herbs and stock and served on top of Cous cous or polenta. Roasting duck legs and use Lentils with pumpkin and spinach as an accompaniment. Shred some roasted or Confit duck legs and stir through some pasta or a warm salad. Chopping some cooked duck legs and stir through a selection of Asian style vegetables.
