Alternatively, remove duck from tray and heat as per following instructions...
Oven – Place duck legs skin side up in a hot oven (200˚c) for approx 15-20 mins
Grill – Place duck legs skin side down under a hot grill for 5mins, then turn over until the skin is crisp and the meat is warmed through.
BBQ – Wrap duck legs in foil and heat on BBQ for 10-15mins, then remove foil and quickly brown on each side
