Two Peking Roasted fully cooked tender duck legs.
Simply heat and serve.
Luv-a-Duck's Peking Roast Duck Legs have been marinated and roasted long and slow until cooked to perfection. With a popular Asian flavour, the Peking Roast Duck Legs are ready to heat and serve. It's so easy.
1. If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator.
2. Remove Peking Duck Roast Duck Legs from the bag.
Oven
Place Peking Roast Duck Legs skin side up in an oven dish in a hot oven, approx 15-20 mins.
Grill
Place Peking Roast Duck Legs in an oven dish skin side down under a hot grill for about 5 mins, turn over until the skin is crisp and the meat is piping hot.
BBQ
Wrap in foil with all the juices from the bag and heat through on the BBQ plate for about 10-15 mins, carefully remove from foil and quickly brown on each side.
Microwave*
Place in a microwave dish and heat in microwave for approx 2-3 mins.
*Microwaving does not produce a crispy skin.

Chinese Peking Pancakes
Remove the meat from the bone, slice and heat. Arrange warm Peking Roast Duck meat on a platter with warm Chinese pancakes, chilled finely sliced cucumbers and spring onions, and a bowl of Hoisin sauce. Smear Hoisin sauce on pancake, add desired filling, wrap and enjoy.
