BBQ Duck Legs

INGREDIENTS

4 duck legs
Salt and Pepper

METHOD

Light BBQ and heat to high.
Trim the legs of any excess fat and season well
Turn the BBQ to low and cook the legs on the flat plate until colored. Turn over and color on the other side.
Close the lid and turn the legs approx every 10 mins. Keep watching them so they do not burn. They will take approx 25-30 mins.
Rest for 10 mins before serving.
