Duck Egg Sponge

INGREDIENTS

200g butter
200g castor sugar
1/2 heaped teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
200g self-raising flour
4 Luv-a-Duck duck eggs
pinch salt



METHOD

Cream butter and sugar. Gradually beat in the remainder of the ingredients.
Divide into two 8 inch greased sponge tins.
Bake in preheated 180C oven for approx. 40 mins until cake is spongy.
