You can make individual merangues instead by piping mixture into 1 serve sizes and cooking the same way.
3 Luv-a-Duck egg whites
175g castor sugar
Double whipped cream

Preheat oven to 120C.
Whisk egg whites until they form stiff peaks (will take a little while) then add the sugar (whisking constantly) and whisk for another minute or so. Spread the mixture (in a large circle) onto a baking tray lined with oiled greaseproof paper for and bake for around 2 hours (and slightly coloured). Turn oven to lowest possible temp and cook for another 2 hours (eg warming). Then turn oven off and cool pavlova in oven, even overnight is ideal.
Decorate with whipped cream and fruit.
