Peking Duck Stir Fry

Quick and easy, whip this tasty low fat dish up in under 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

2 Luv-A-Duck Peking Roast Breasts or Legs, sliced
170g dried, or fresh noodles
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive or sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
55g mushrooms, sliced
55g bean sprouts
55g broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fresh chopped herbs to taste

METHOD

Cook noodles as directed on packet.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

Add spring onions and garlic and sautee until brown.

Add mushrooms and fry for one minute.

Add sliced Luv-A-Duck Peking Breast, and broccoli to wok and fry for one minute.

Add bean sprouts and noodles and fry for one minute.

Add soy sauce and fresh herbs to taste.

Serve immediatly.
