Duck Ravioli with Vegetables

This recipe can be made with vegetables of your choice - depending on the season and your preferences.



INGREDIENTS

12 Luv-a-Duck ravioli

20 snow peas, topped & tailed
1 cup small broccoli florets
10 asparagus spears, halved
10 green beans, topped tailed & halved
1 cup Luv-a-Duck duck stock
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

Put 2 pans of salted water on to boil when boiling place the pasta into one and vegetables into the other.
Allow the vegetables to boil for 2-3 mins keeping them firm and green, and allow pasta to boil for 3-4 mins.
Drain the vegetables and in the same saucepan put the stock onto boil when it is boiling add the vegetables, and the drained pasta.

Spoon into serving dishes add a twist of cracked black pepper and serve straight away.
