Why not try duck sausages with creamy mashed potatoes and onion gravy.
Who would have thought duck sausages!! A fantastic change to boring old sausages, another great meal idea from Luv-a-Duck.
1 pkt Luv-a-Duck duck sausages
12 hotdog buns
1 qty caramelized onions
2 cups tasty cheese
250g rocket leaves
1 jar of good quality tomato relish or chutney
Heat the BBQ up, and on the flat grill warm the duck sausages through. (As the sausage are par-cooked you only need to re-heat them)
Slice the hotdog buns down the middle and warm through on the flat grill for a minute or two on each side.
Place all other ingredients into bowls, lay it out on the table and let everyone help themselves.
