Luv-A-Duck sausages are gluten free! Gluten free pizza bases are availible from your local health food shop to make a tasty treat everyone can enjoy!
Luv-a-Duck have a premium duck sausage made with all duck and complemented with a mild selection of herbs.They are already blanched and are ideal for pizza. All you have to do is slice it and arrange on your pizza.
1 Luv-a-Duck duck sausage, sliced
1 pizza base
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 small red onion, sliced
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
4 button mushrooms sliced
Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base, and scatter the red onion and mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the duck sausage and sliced mushrooms on top and drizzle BBQ sauce over top.
Bake in a hot oven 220-230C for 10 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the base is crisp.
Serve straight away.
