These can also be steamed instead of fryed for about 8 mintues in a steamer.
These bite sized wontons are a fabulous cocktail food.
1 packet of wonton skins
200g Luv-a-Duck lean mince
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 small knob ginger, finely chopped
2 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
small tray of fresh shitake mushrooms finely chopped
Combine all ingredients for wontons and mix well.
Lay out the wonton wrappers and place 1 teaspoon of mixture into the centre of the skin and bring all the edges in to form a "money bag".
Heat oil in high frypan or saucepan to hot and place wontons in, frying until browned.
Drain and serve.
