Duck Burgers

INGREDIENTS

2 kg lean Luv-a-Duck mince
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped carrot
1/2 finely chopped red capsicum
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon allspice
1 duck egg
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
Pincch of salt and pepper

METHOD

Combine all ingredients well and make into burger rounds.
Fry both sides in some hot oil in frypan until browned and transfer to oven tray.
Put in oven at 190C for 10 minutes.
