Duck Sausage Pizza

Luv-a-Duck have a premium duck sausage made with all duck and complemented with a mild selection of herbs.They are already blanched and are ideal for pizza. All you have to do is slice it and arrange on your pizza.

INGREDIENTS

1 Luv-a-Duck duck sausage, sliced
1 pizza base
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 small red onion, sliced
2 pears, sliced
1 cup rocket leaves
150g blue cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Pepper
1 tsp oil

METHOD

In a fry pan heat some oil and fry the pears with some pepper, set aside.

Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base, and scatter the red onion and mozzarella cheese.

Arrange the duck sausage, peppered pear and blue cheese on top.
Bake in a hot oven 220-230C for 10 - 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the base is crisp.

Garnish with rocket leaves.

Serve straight away.
