Roast Duck Breast Pizza with Artichoke Hearts and Mushroom

Use toppings of your choice to create your own favourite pizza.






INGREDIENTS

1 Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Breast, sliced thinly
2 pizza bases
3 tbsp pesto
2 cup artichoke hearts, sliced
6 -7 button mushrooms, sliced
30 black olives, sliced or halved
24 slices bocconcini cheese

METHOD

Smear the pesto over the pizza bases.
Scatter the artichokes, mushrooms, olives and bocconcini cheese
Arrange the duck on top and bake in a hot oven 220C for 10-15 mins until the cheese is melted and the base is crisp.
