Roast Duck Legs with Bok Choy

This recipe is using the Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs and of course would go equally as well with other roasted portions or duck that you cook yourself.

INGREDIENTS

2 Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs
2 baby Bok Choy
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 head broccoli
Salt
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Few drops of seame oil

METHOD

Heat duck legs as per instructions on package.

Steam or boil vegetables gently - do not overcook.

Pour the light soy, oyster sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables and toss. Serve the duck legs on top.
