1 packet Luv-a-Duck Honey Roast Duck Leg or Roast Duck Breast
1 125g packet rice vermicelli
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp mint, chopped
1 carrot, peeled & grated
Asian Dressing:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 lime -juice
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 small bullet chilli, deseeded
4 tbsp rice wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
Small knob ginger, finely chopped
Few drops of sesame oil
Few drops of fish sauce
Boil the vermicelli for 2-3 minutes.
Drain well and mix with coriander, mint and carrot.
Slice duck and heat as per packet instructions.
When ready to serve place the duck on top of the noodles.
Warm the Asian dressing and pour over.
Serve straight away.
