Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
This recipe uses the Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Breast and of course would go equally as well with Peking Roast Duck Breast, or slices of duck from portions that you cook yourself.
1 Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Breast, sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 cup broccoli, cut into small florets
1 cup baby sweetcorn
1 cup mushrooms
2 tbsp soy and garlic dressing
1 tbsp walnut halves
Slice the duck.
Heat a wok or large frypan and add a little oil.
When the oil is hot add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli and sweetcorn and stir, cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the slices of Roast Duck Breast, then the soy and garlic dressing and mushrooms and allow to heat through thoroughly.
Serve with the walnuts sprinkled over.
