Roast Duck Legs - Barbecue

The Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs are ideal to reheat on the BBQ.




INGREDIENTS

4 Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs
8 chat potatoes, cut in half
Sprig of rosemary or thyme
1 tablespoon water

Large square of tin foil

METHOD

Place the duck legs, potatoes, sprig of herb and a tablespoon of water into the centre of the tin foil.
Fold it over and seal the edges.
Place onto a hot BBQ plate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Carefully open the tin foil and take care with the hot steam.
Place the legs onto the BBQ plate to quickly crisp up.
Place potatoes on BBQ to brown.
Discard the herbs and serve.
