Roast Duck Leg Pizza with Spinach, Olives and Fetta

Pizzas are great to make and you can use almost any topping you like, as you will see from this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs
1/4 red onion, peeled and sliced
50g pitted olives
1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed
50g fetta cheese
50g roasted red peppers
3 tbsp napoli sauce
50g Mozzarella cheese

1 pizza base

METHOD

Remove the duck meat from the duck legs.
Spread the napoli sauce over the pizza base.
Lay the spinach leaves on the base, add the red capsicum, fetta and olives
Scatter the duck and the mozzaralla cheese and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
