2 Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Breasts, cut into strips
Wooden skewers that have been soaked overnight in water
1 jar Luv-a-Duck Zesty Lemon Mayonnaise
1 tbs lemongrass, finely chopped (pale part only)
1/4 cup coriander, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbs sesame oil
3 red bullet chillies, deseeded and chopped finely
Combine the lemongrass, coriander, garlic, sesame oil and chilli in a large bowl.
Add the duck strips and toss to coat in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavours to develop.
Pre-heat a grill plate or BBQ to medium heat and thread the marinated duck onto the skewers, heat and serve with Luv-a-Duck Zesty Lemon Mayonnaise.
