Bernaise sauce is a classic sauce which normally accompanies grilled steak but it goes perfectly with duck.
Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs are fully cooked, lean, meaty and tender - simpley heat and serve.
1 packet Luv-a-Duck Roast Duck Legs
6 chat or kipfler potatoes
100g green beans
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/2 quantity Bernaise sauce - see recipe in Sauces section.
Heat the duck legs as per the instructions on the packet.
Boil the potatoes in salted water.
Boil or steam the beans.
Drain the potatoes and mix with a couple of spoonfuls of Bernaise sauce.
Serve the duck legs, potatoes and green beans.
