Peking Roast Duck Legs with Bean Stirfry

INGREDIENTS

4 Luv-a-Duck Peking Roast Duck Legs
2 tsp sesame oil
1 small onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger grated
1/2 cup green beans
2 tbsp sherry
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 bunch baby bok choy washed
1/2 bunch snakebeans chopped
1/2 cup garlic chives
Pinch cinnamon

METHOD

Heat duck portions as per instructions on packet.
Heat oil in fry pan or wok, add the onion and ginger and cook for a moment.
Add the beans, snake beans and bok choy and cook for one to two minutes. Add the sherry, orange juice, soy sauce and a pinch of cinnamon.
Bring to boil and allow to reduce down to a syrup consistency, allowing the beans to cook.
Spoon on to a plate and serve the crisp portion of duck on top.
Garnish with chopped garlic chives.
