1 pack Luv-a-Duck Red Curry Duck Legs 500g
2 teaspoons peanut oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 small red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
1 bunch choy sum, trimmed
1 bunch gai lan (Chinese broccoli), trimmed
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon Mushroom soy sauce (or regular soy sauce)
1 tsp Toasted Sesame seeds
Jasmine rice, to serve
Choy sum and gai lan may be substituted with your choice of Asian vegetables.
