To Roast:
  1. Thaw Duck Legs
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C
  3. Place duck legs skin side down in a preheated dry pan over a medium heat for 3-4 mins.
  4. Turn duck legs over and seal the meat side for 1 min
  5. Place duck legs skin side up in the oven for 40-45 mins.
