The class was very hands on, I’d now be confident to prepare a duck for roasting, and am no longer intimidated by cooking duck breast. I fully recommend the class, we’ll be gifting the experience to friends and family. Come hungry and ready to get stuck in.

I loved this class. Wendy was so informative and had a great attitude and rapport. It’s a great space and super clean. Thanks Gail. We got to observe and participate and the food we all prepared and shared was delicious. Then a bonus of a discount off any product we bought from their retail outlet. Will book for another course and bring friends.

What an awesome class! We have attended several classes now and this time we took friends from interstate. They absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back to visit so we can go again.
The newly renovated kitchen is a great space and we got to do several recipes per couple, we have since used the recipes at home and they’ve been successful! Can’t recommend luv a duck cooking classes enough. Carol and Joanne are absolutely awesome and really helpful with any questions that you have.

— Sarah

excellent experience with fast and simple recipes. Lovely, friendly atmosphere with shared dining to finish the experience. Have prepared two of the dishes for the family since the class and they were well received.

— Vincent

Absolutely awesome class – Wendy ran things extremely well and I can’t wait to sign up for another one!

— Jimmy

It was great to learn how to segment a raw duck and then how to carve a cooked duck. The different recipes showed the different cooking methods.

— Peter

Love duck. Loved learning how many ways it can be cooked. I attended the 10 course Asian menu. We all learnt how to roast a duck & break down a carcass. Then each pair was responsible for 2 dishes- . Unfortunately 2 people didn’t attend so we made 8 courses.
The menu really demonstrated the versatility of the protein. Every course was delicious & generous. I would have liked to be involved watching or helping with each course to learn more hands on. I’d do this again for the feast alone!

— Tara

You can always learn something new whether it is about roasting duck, marinating it or just combining it with various vegetables and flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed the class with Wendy who organised us, supervised us and imparted wisdom. It was nice not to have to do the dishes. Enjoyed eating all the dishes cooked and felt very full by the end of the night. Definitely recommend the class.

— Penelope

I have never cooked duck and the Asian inspired dishes were absolutely delicious. The experience is one not to be missed. The staff were fantastic and we enjoyed meeting the other participants.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙂
