You can always learn something new whether it is about roasting duck, marinating it or just combining it with various vegetables and flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed the class with Wendy who organised us, supervised us and imparted wisdom. It was nice not to have to do the dishes. Enjoyed eating all the dishes cooked and felt very full by the end of the night. Definitely recommend the class.

I attended the Asian Inspired Duck cooking class this week, and found it to be thoroughly enjoyable. I learnt some great techniques with how to cook duck and was also de mystified about certain facts. The recipes were absolutely delicious, I have already had a go at one of them at home. Wendy and Liz were both very friendly.
