We loved our Asian inspired class, Wendy the host was amazing, so chatty, at ease and fabulous at explaining techniques. The food we all created and sat down to eat together was amazing, we certainly didn’t leave hungry. Jane from Luv-a-Duck worked so hard all night tidying up after us all, we seemed to create a lot of washing up, but Jane happily did it all. Thanks so much Luv-a-Duck team, Wendy and Jane. Regards Robyn and Tim

Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.

Cooking duck has become very easy. It’s just like boiling an egg. It was well paced. plenty of support and guidance form the Luv – a – duck presenter and support crew. Simple instructions with massive results. At the end of it all your sitting down to 8 course meal made in under 2.5 hours. A master class well worth taking.
