Excellent well run class. Amazing amount of food to try at the end and all recipes printed for us to bring home. There is even someone that does the dishes for you! Came away with lots of new techniques to try and easy to follow recipes. Have lots of duck in my fridge now!

What an amazing experience, so professional and the hosts a wealth of knowledge. We cooked 8 different dishes and sat down to eat an amazing banquet of food. The retail shop is amazing and you are able to purchase all the different cuts of duck.

This was the best cooking class I have attended, I learnt so much from the team. But then got to enjoy the restaurant standard food that we cooked with delicious wines, definitely don’t need dinner tonight.
