This is a public class with up to 10 participants per session.

You can always learn something new whether it is about roasting duck, marinating it or just combining it with various vegetables and flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed the class with Wendy who organised us, supervised us and imparted wisdom. It was nice not to have to do the dishes. The newly renovated kitchen is a great space and we got to do several recipes per couple, we have since used the recipes at home and they’ve been successful! Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.
