This was a fantastic night.
We learnt so many things from learning how to portion a duck into marylands and breast, roast a duck, and about 10 other delicious recipes.
It was great working in pairs and Wendy was a fantastic teacher who demystified everything about the preparation and cooking of ducks.
Wendy was both an excellent cook as well as a patient teacher.
We all had a great night, learnt a lot and had a wonderful duck meal at the end.
i would thoroughly recommend to any duck lovers.

— Karen

It was great to learn how to segment a raw duck and then how to carve a cooked duck. The different recipes showed the different cooking methods.

We had the best cooking experience. Learnt some new tricks and tips about food preparation although we cook most of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed the preparation and cooking the food.
All the recipes were good and easy to understand and follow.
The demonstration and the help we received during preparation was terrific. At the end we enjoyed delicious food and great company. We would highly recommend this cooking demonstration for anyone.
Thanks a lot, to Wendy and Nicky.

I would never have imagined that cooking duck could be so fun and informative. Eating it is more my style.
A huge thanks to Wendy, Niki and Rolf (the new guy at Luv-a Duck) for making this a fantastic experience.

We loved our Asian inspired class, Wendy the host was amazing, so chatty, at ease and fabulous at explaining techniques. The food we all created and sat down to eat together was amazing, we certainly didn’t leave hungry. Jane from Luv-a-Duck worked so hard all night tidying up after us all, we seemed to create a lot of washing up, but Jane happily did it all. Thanks so much Luv-a-Duck team, Wendy and Jane. Regards Robyn and Tim

Loved this class. The instructor and her assistant were very well organised and structured the cooking session perfectly for the participants to be able to have dishes ready for dining together. Explanations of the skills required were informative and resulted in great learning for all. Discussions during instuctions, while cooking and during dining allowed for questions further supported learning.

The class was very hands on, I’d now be confident to prepare a duck for roasting, and am no longer intimidated by cooking duck breast. I fully recommend the class, we’ll be gifting the experience to friends and family. Come hungry and ready to get stuck in.
