A fabulous cooking class as usual with all the great staff at luvaduck! My daughter in law to be and i had a great time and learnt many handy skills to prepare duck asian style. The red curry duck was to die for and i ate duck till i nearly burst. Lots of fun and a great night had by all. Thanks again!

What an amazing experience, so professional and the hosts a wealth of knowledge. We cooked 8 different dishes and sat down to eat an amazing banquet of food. The retail shop is amazing and you are able to purchase all the different cuts of duck.

We had the best cooking experience. Learnt some new tricks and tips about food preparation although we cook most of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed the preparation and cooking the food.
All the recipes were good and easy to understand and follow.

What a great class! Learnt all about duck, herbs, spices and added flavor. The ladies were great, very helpful and insightful. So much food, it was very hands on, and tasted delicious. At the end we all sat down and dined, beware come starving, as there is so much!

Cooking duck has become very easy. It’s just like boiling an egg. It was well paced. plenty of support and guidance form the Luv – a – duck presenter and support crew. Simple instructions with massive results. At the end of it all your sitting down to 8 course meal made in under 2.5 hours. A master class well worth taking. It has certainly inspired me to cook with duck.

Provided with recipes and aprons.
Advised about the history and rearing of the ducks.
Taught in a fun interactive manner a great number of Asian themed dishes.

Loved the salad most of all

Really enjoyed learning how to dissect the duck – simple and quick but taught by a very skilled hostess.

Compliments to the staff on site they were very professional and made the day.
