A fantastic experience! This class is wonderful experience and great value for money. Our instructor Wendy was so knowledgable and walked us through everything from roasting to portioning a duck, to the completion of 10 dishes! Each paid is given 2 dishes to prepare, with most being pretty straightforward and easy to complete for even a novice cook.
It was especially great to enjoy all our dishes with a lovely glass of wine.

Cooking duck has become very easy. It’s just like boiling an egg. It was well paced. plenty of support and guidance form the Luv – a – duck presenter and support crew. Simple instructions with massive results. At the end of it all your sitting down to 8 course meal made in under 2.5 hours. A master class well worth taking. It has certainly inspired me to cook with duck.

Advised about the history and rearing of the ducks.
Taught in a fun interactive manner a great number of Asian themed dishes.

Loved the salad most of all

Really enjoyed learning how to dissect the duck – simple and quick but taught by a very skilled hostess.
