I will not single out anything. It is for anyone: for those who love cooking, or just want to have a great time, invest time with one’s partner, etc. it is a very good value for money. No need to mention the service, setting standards, quality of everything. I am booking another one!!

This is the second time I’ve attended a class and I have been delighted each time. Not only is the experience fun at the time but you are guaranteed to come away with skills and confidence to apply at home .Highly recommended.

If I could give it more that 5 stars, I would! Flawlessly ran class, Wendy has the art of directing 10 people to cook 10 different dishes down pat. We learnt a lot and at the end of the class got to sit down to a beautiful meal with a glass of wine. Rolled out of there happy and full of duck!

— Sally

A little too many dishes. Better to focus on quality rather than quantity!

— Noela

Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.

— Mal

Karol was a great teacher, taking time to ensure that everyone was confident in their ability to prepare for and cook the varied recipes for that evening’s class. We learned some great techniques and tips for cooking duck well. The Asian recipes on the night were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Would highly recommend.

This was the best cooking class I have attended, I learnt so much from the team. But then got to enjoy the restaurant standard food that we cooked with delicious wines, definitely don’t need dinner tonight.

Very informative and a great starting point for one who has never attempted to cook duck before.
I’d recommend the class to beginners & more advanced cooks- something for every level.
A generous supply of food & wine.
Every cook should take a class in cooking duck, no matter what cuisine.
Wendy knows her stuff!!

— David

The class was great, recipes easy to navigate and exciting. Learning how to prepare and fillet a fresh whole duck into various cuts was the most useful aspect to me. Our teacher was lovely and enthusiastic. I thoroughly enjoyed thus course.

Thank you very much for an excellent hands-on Luv-a-Duck cooking class on 2/5/18. Wendy is an amazing, vivacious and competent co-ordinator and teacher. Quality wines complimented the delicious banquet that all the participants had cooked. Being able to purchase products to cook at home, from the open to the public, on-site store, was another bonus. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

My best lesson was to stop being afraid of cooking duck, which is a major breakthrough for me. I CAN cook duck! Wendy and Rhonda are exceptional hosts and we turned out some seriously yummy food.

— Janet

Cooking duck has become very easy. It’s just like boiling an egg. It was well paced. plenty of support and guidance form the Luv – a – duck presenter and support crew. Simple instructions with massive results. At the end of it all your sitting down to 8 course meal made in under 2.5 hours. A master class well worth taking. It has certainly inspired me to cook with duck.
