Cooking duck has become very easy. It’s just like boiling an egg. It was well paced. plenty of support and guidance form the Luv – a – duck presenter and support crew. Simple instructions with massive results. At the end of it all your sitting down to 8 course meal made in under 2.5 hours. A master class well worth taking. It has certainly inspired me to cook with duck.

A fabulous cooking class as usual with all the great staff at luvaduck! My daughter in law to be and i had a great time and learnt many handy skills to prepare duck asian style. This was a fantastic night.
We learnt so many things from learning how to portion a duck into marylands and breast, roast a duck, and about 10 other delicious recipes.
It was great working in pairs and Wendy was a fantastic teacher who demystified everything about the preparation and cooking of ducks.
Wendy was both an excellent cook as well as a patient teacher.
We all had a great night, learnt a lot and had a wonderful duck meal at the end.
