The class was very hands on, I’d now be confident to prepare a duck for roasting, and am no longer intimidated by cooking duck breast. I fully recommend the class, we’ll be gifting the experience to friends and family. Come hungry and ready to get stuck in.

My best lesson was to stop being afraid of cooking duck, which is a major breakthrough for me. I CAN cook duck! Wendy and Rhonda are exceptional hosts and we turned out some seriously yummy food.

Loved this class. The instructor and her assistant were very well organised and structured the cooking session perfectly for the participants to be able to have dishes ready for dining together. Explanations of the skills required were informative and resulted in great learning for all. Discussions during instuctions, while cooking and during dining allowed for questions further supported learning.

Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.
