You can always learn something new whether it is about roasting duck, marinating it or just combining it with various vegetables and flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed the class with Wendy who organised us, supervised us and imparted wisdom. It was nice not to have to do the dishes. Enjoyed eating all the dishes cooked and felt very full by the end of the night. Definitely recommend the class.

What an awesome class! We have attended several classes now and this time we took friends from interstate. They absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back to visit so we can go again.
The newly renovated kitchen is a great space and we got to do several recipes per couple, we have since used the recipes at home and they’ve been successful! Can’t recommend luv a duck cooking classes enough. Carol and Joanne are absolutely awesome and really helpful with any questions that you have.

The Asian Banquet Master class was insightful, fun way to learn about cooking with duck. 3.5 hours of expert tuition.
Class finishes with Asian banquet recipes for lunch plus wine. Would highly recommend!!
