Karol was a great teacher, taking time to ensure that everyone was confident in their ability to prepare for and cook the varied recipes for that evening’s class. We learned some great techniques and tips for cooking duck well. The Asian recipes on the night were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic night.
We learnt so many things from learning how to portion a duck into marylands and breast, roast a duck, and about 10 other delicious recipes.
It was great working in pairs and Wendy was a fantastic teacher who demystified everything about the preparation and cooking of ducks.
Wendy was both an excellent cook as well as a patient teacher.
We all had a great night, learnt a lot and had a wonderful duck meal at the end.
i would thoroughly recommend to any duck lovers.

— Karen

A little too many dishes. Better to focus on quality rather than quantity!

— Noela

Our retired employees club attended an Asian inspired duck cooking demonstration with matched wines this afternoon. It was a terrific event which managed to balance time to chat, time to learn and time to eat really well. The food and wine were excellent, as was our host and demonstrator Wendy. 2 and a half hours went by in a flash. Highly recommended.

— Mal

Advised about the history and rearing of the ducks.
Taught in a fun interactive manner a great number of Asian themed dishes.

Loved the salad most of all

Really enjoyed learning how to dissect the duck – simple and quick but taught by a very skilled hostess.

I shall attend other events at this venue
