The French consider cooking a fine art, and duck is one of their prized ingredients. In this class, you’ll have a trés magnifique experience creating both traditional and modern French dishes.

Our duck expert will guide you step-by-step, giving you the confidence to impress your family and friends with delicious French cuisine.

What a fabulous day. Such a professional experience, but such fun, especially if you attend in a pair with a best buddy. Wendy’s tips and demonstrations leave nothing to the imagination or chance and Rhonda is the most amazing fairy godmother in the kitchen.
