This is the second course I have done – Asian Inspired duck then French inspired duck. Can’t impress on you how to wonderful the hands on cooking session are. Thanks Wendy and Vicki. You are awesome. What fun. The team were very organised, Wendy and exceptional teacher and Mark all over the support role. Delicious recipes provided to take away. Hands on class with a chance to taste the wide range of dishes made by the students.
Highly recommended

This was possibly one of the best evenings we have had. 3.5 hours of learning everything about how to cook duck the French way and everything else! It seems very daunting but Wendy just made it a breeze. Such a well organised class and we had heaps of fun! So so much food so make sure you have an appetite when you go over. I can’t wait to try the Asian style duck class next. And such absolute value for money!

— Reetu

What a great night! Well
Presented and so much fun. I did this with my partner who NEVER cold and we both really enjoyed it. To food was beautiful and Wendy was amazing and so knowledgeable.
We will be back and I’ll be planning a girls night too!! And maybe a work team building night.
And tomorrow I’ll be making two of the dishes learnt for my family.

— Sarina

What a fabulous day. Such a professional experience, but such fun, especially if you attend in a pair with a best buddy. Wendy’s tips and demonstrations leave nothing to the imagination or chance and Rhonda is the most amazing fairy godmother in the kitchen. Our cooking group was wonderful and the feast at the end was absolutely delicious. No shopping, no dishes, just the fun part in between. Many thanks Wendy and Rhonda. Warm wishes, Sharon and Virginia
