Thanks for a very informative and fun day.
Thoroughly enjoyable and Wendy is the perfect person to lead the group through the whole process. Especially with 11 people all trying to do different things. And thanks to the assistants a who were like the invisible fairies cleaning up around us !!

Wendy and Gail were great teachers and hosts who made us all feel very comfortable and confident with the cooking instructions

We all sat around the table eating our meals while discussing the menu of all the delicious meals .

My daughter and I both really enjoyed the duck cooking class. I thought that Wendy was an amazing teacher, very calm and clear with her instructions. It was a pleasure to sit and enjoy our cooking with Wendy and the other participants. I have always been a bit unsure about cooking duck but now I feel confident doing it.
