My daughter and I both really enjoyed the duck cooking class. I thought that Wendy was an amazing teacher, very calm and clear with her instructions. It was a pleasure to sit and enjoy our cooking with Wendy and the other participants. I have always been a bit unsure about cooking duck but now I feel confident doing it.

This was possibly one of the best evenings we have had. 3.5 hours of learning everything about how to cook duck the French way and everything else! It seems very daunting but Wendy just made it a breeze. Such a well organised class and we had heaps of fun! So so much food so make sure you have an appetite when you go over. What a fabulous day. Such a professional experience, but such fun, especially if you attend in a pair with a best buddy. Wendy’s tips and demonstrations leave nothing to the imagination or chance and Rhonda is the most amazing fairy godmother in the kitchen.
