This was possibly one of the best evenings we have had. 3.5 hours of learning everything about how to cook duck the French way and everything else! What a fabulous day. Such a professional experience, but such fun, especially if you attend in a pair with a best buddy. Wendy’s tips and demonstrations leave nothing to the imagination or chance and Rhonda is the most amazing fairy godmother in the kitchen.
