Do it…. Seriously, take the class. Wendy was a great teacher, I was left without a partner and that didn’t matter in the slightest. The food tasted incredible and the recipes are so simple… do yourself a big favour and take the class!

What a fabulous day. Such a professional experience, but such fun, especially if you attend in a pair with a best buddy. Wendy’s tips and demonstrations leave nothing to the imagination or chance and Rhonda is the most amazing fairy godmother in the kitchen. Our cooking group was wonderful and the feast at the end was absolutely delicious. No shopping, no dishes, just the fun part in between. Many thanks Wendy and Rhonda. Warm wishes, Sharon and Virginia

Excellent Session – Wendy is a great teacher – so positive and encouraging – makes you feel you’re doing a marvellous job! Such good value with all the dishes tackled (and devoured!). I will certainly go again.

This was my first class here and I will definitely consider other classes here and recommend to my friends. Excellent preparation and clear guidance from the warm and friendly teaching lead, I learnt a lot of new and easy French duck dishes. A warm welcome and wonderful experience. Great for food lovers and a good gift idea. Thanks!

My daughter and I had a great time at the French Inspired lesson. Karol had a huge amount of information and tips to share and the hands-on approach worked well with the relatively small group. Because we actually worked with the recipes provided, tasted our results and were able to view and taste others’ results, we learned a great deal that day. The resulting feast at the end was awesome. Thanks Karol and Liz and the Luv-A-Duck team. We’ll definitely take part in another course.

What a great night of cooking duck with a French influence.

Wendy and Gail were great teachers and hosts who made us all feel very comfortable and confident with the cooking instructions

We all sat around the table eating our meals while discussing the menu of all the delicious meals .

We will definitely return for another cooking session

the class was a wonderful experience..great fun working in a commercial kitchen with a group of cooks. The recipes are ‘simple when you know how’ and I’ve practised them all since the class. I’d love to come back for the Christmas cook

An amazing hands on experience! Dishes we prepared were easy to make and scrumptious to eat! Wine accompanied with the meal was of good quality. Thank you to our host who walked us through the evening. A fantastic memorable experience! Will be back!

What an outstanding way to spend a few hours. Wendy and Mark were fantastic hosts. I will certainly be coming back again and again. I’ve just sorted my next few Christmas and Birthday gifts.

— Dee

— Blamquita

French Cuisine, the food was lovely and all participants were quite chuffed we produced such an amazing range of dishes.
Thank-you

— Chris

Loved the format and kitchen layout but found the bench space /stove restricted with everyone cooking. Room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Breakdown of a duck informative. Confy, casserole and parfait excellent and really simple compared to many recipes we have seen. Use of duck sausage rather then pork was interesting as duck and fennel sausage had excellent flavour. Will add to our shopping list. Various duck breast dishes ok but way too much food. Had a good night and enjoyed the experience.

— Patricia

What fun. The team were very organised, Wendy and exceptional teacher and Mark all over the support role. Delicious recipes provided to take away. Hands on class with a chance to taste the wide range of dishes made by the students.
Highly recommended
