The French consider cooking a fine art, and duck is one of their prized ingredients. In this class, you’ll have a trés magnifique experience creating both traditional and modern French dishes.

Our duck expert will guide you step-by-step, giving you the confidence to impress your family and friends with delicious French cuisine.

This was a most enjoyable class with Wendy starting from the very basic on how to dissect a roasted duck successfully, to moving on to a varied number of recipes from entree to main courses. Group participation was a good way of being taught how to prepare a recipe. Her assistant was instrumental in making sure that the kitchen remained at all times tidy ad there was everything provided for us to ensure that it was a very enjoyable and successful time spent. What a great night of cooking duck with a French influence.

Wendy and Gail were great teachers and hosts who made us all feel very comfortable and confident with the cooking instructions
