Ooh la la! A Duck cooking class that will have you feeling like you’re in Paris, withyour taste buds in heaven! Experience and learn the secrets of the culinary masters of duck cuisine - the French!

The French consider cooking a fine art, and Duck one of their most prized ingredients. In this class you will have a trés magnifique cooking experience, learning some of the celebrated favourite Duck dishes and techniques of the French with a contemporary Australian influence. We'll provide you with the skills to breakdown a duck, confit Duck legs and teach you how to plate up equivalent to restaurant standards.

Under the careful guidance of a skilled Duck expert, gain the knowledge and confidence to create these delicious French dishes at home to impress your family and friends.

At the end of the class, relax and enjoy your meal with your newfound kitchen friends over a glass of wine around our exquisite “chef’s round table”. Bon Appetite!
