Tonight we had a great time learning about duck. Karol was terrific, her knowledge of Luv-a-duck and cooking was fabulous. I loved all the various dishes we made and the hands on experience of this class (her roast duck was exquisite) and all the recipes we made and tasted were spot on. I keep dreaming of the sliders and those mouth watering Thai duck cakes. I cant wait to come back and do another class, next time I am going to bring some friends, its a truly wonderful experience.

— Kellie

So many great tips & tricks, only surpassed by the huge amount of food!! Fast-paced, fun & full. Thanks all

— Matt

— winnie

Just excellent!
We got lots of good ideas for finger food and snacks, and recipes to take home.
The way everything was set up ready to use was terrific.
Our instructor Karol was great, and Rhonda so helpful.
And the other people were most enjoyable company..
In all, it was a terrific night, loved it!

— Julie

Karol is awesome. This was my second luvaduck cooking class, both have been fantastic, will definitely consider a third.

— Nadia

This was the 2nd class we have done and they have both been really enjoyable and delicious! It’s a fun way to spend an evening, picking up a few tips and getting to enjoy some great dishes.

— Julia

Yes it was great. The teacher was great and had a very smart way of ensuring everyone finished their particular selection on time. My preference is to do less as there was a huge rush at the end. I would have preferred fewer dishes. But overall it was terrific. Loved the fact we were offered glass of wine then sat and ate and chatted up other participants in the class.

— Noela

It was a great night and lovely to share with friends ! I am so pleased Susie suggested it .

— Maree

Excellent class, lots of fun, lots of food and even booze! Would definitely recommend.

— Katharine

Gosh, where shall I start. Firstly, this is a class not to be missed. A beautiful new stainless steel kitchen has been installed giving our work space more room to work.

The recipes for these finger food treats, put together by Karol Lesley, were varied from one dish to the other, and all using the same main ingredient, Luv-a-Duck Duck to make it shine.

— Margaret

The trainers Wendy and Nicki were incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food that was provided was incredible.
Left rolling out the building and will most definitely be doing more of these classes!

— Claire

Fingerfood workshop sounded promising and the food that was prepared was interesting and delicious. Unfortunately there was a delayed start to the class due to an administrative error in the arrival times, which made the whole workshop / cooking appear rushed and left a negative vibe until the end of what should have been a relaxed conclusion of our lunch. That was disappointing indeed!Still Luv a duck is a wonderful product and I will happily continue cooking it!

— Marion

Had a great time in the finger food course and would recommend it as a great starting point. If you were trying duck for the first time or wanting to cook it yourself it’s a great experience and we’ll do it again.

— Terry

We had a great time with Liz and Wendy in the new kitchen. Its such an inviting place to learn. The recipes were easy to follow and super delicious, and I was very happy with the generous portions. I love learning in this kitchen and am looking forward to coming back again.

— Tara

Loved it. Wendy is an excellent teacher and very good at explaining everything simply.
No recipe was too complicated and everything was delicious.

Had been to a demonstration class before – this time was a hands on one. Loved learning how to cook some duck finger food with a glass or two of pinot noir to wash it down. Wendy is a terrific demonstrator and we learnt heaps. We had a living social voucher so made it very good value. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommend.

— Judy

A memorable experience with great guidance and support. The culinary outcomes were delicious!

— Darryl

My friend and I had a great time at the Duck Finger Food Class – Hands-On on Saturday, 29 June at 11am.
There was more than enough food for everyone to eat with plenty of variety.
The wines which were served throughout the lunch were perfectly matched.
Wendy and Lyn were very friendly and helpful, with plenty of tips.

— Vivienne

We had a fabulous, informative and extremely entertaining night. It was very educational and we learnt so much in such a short time. So well structured with five teams of two working along side each other. Our teacher,Wendy and her assistant Ali,we’re so helpful and over the course of 3 hours wehad all created an entrée and main then sat and shared the banquet with some fine wine and good company sharing our experience and discussing the dishes we’d created. Certainly value for money and a lovely venue. Thanks so much!

— Lyn
