Wonderful! Such a great professional set up with fantastic teacher & delicious food.. A most enjoyable & informative few hours.

Had a great time in the finger food course and would recommend it as a great starting point. If you were trying duck for the first time or wanting to cook it yourself it’s a great experience and we’ll do it again.

— Terry

The finger food class was very informative and a great learning experience. The staff were very supportive and willing to assist. I was very surprised in the amount of recipes we completed in the
three and half hours and by the way the food was very tasty.

We had such a fun time on the duck canapés class. Each couple made two different canapés to share with the group over a glass of wine and everything was well organised. A perfect introduction to cooking duck at home for those who love duck but are not sure where to begin with cooking it. Definitely looking at attending future cooking classes.

My friend and I had a great time at the Duck Finger Food Class – Hands-On on Saturday, 29 June at 11am.
There was more than enough food for everyone to eat with plenty of variety.
The wines which were served throughout the lunch were perfectly matched.
Wendy and Lyn were very friendly and helpful, with plenty of tips.

— Vivienne

Thoroughly enjoyed the class and everything that we made, Wendy was once again very informative and giving of her knowledge and time. Absolutely loved the sliders, tarts and pies. Well worth attending and will be doing another class soon.

— Wendy

HAD A FANTASTIC CULINARY JOURNEY UTILISING DUCK IN SO MANY WAYS – THERE WAS SO MUCH FOOD TO INDULGE IN AT THE END OF EACH COOKING SESSION, I CAME AWAY FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY &QUANTITY OF FOOD PREPARED ON THE DAY. THANK YOU TO WENDY OUR HEAD CHEF FOR HER SUPPORT THROUGHOUT OUR COOKING SESSIONS & TO GAIL WHO KEPT US TOPPED UP WITH OUR DRINKS THROUGHOUT THE MORNING & KEPT THE KITCHEN IN FULL SUPPLY OF CLEAN DISHES. THANK YOU BOTH FOR AN ENJOYABLE MORNING. REGARDS ROSLYN C

Fingerfood workshop sounded promising and the food that was prepared was interesting and delicious. Unfortunately there was a delayed start to the class due to an administrative error in the arrival times, which made the whole workshop / cooking appear rushed and left a negative vibe until the end of what should have been a relaxed conclusion of our lunch. That was disappointing indeed!Still Luv a duck is a wonderful product and I will happily continue cooking it!

— Marion

Great class with excellent tips from Wendy. Well set out kitchen. No pressure, plenty of food and lots to learn.
Thoroughly recommended.

— Paul

Great class but best to be with a friend to work together on your 2 dishes.
2-3 dishes I wouldnot bother doing at home but good tasting them on the night
Helped throughout the night .
Lots to eat at the end along with a glass or two of champs/ wine .

— Pam

I did a Google review. Please refer to that.

Wendy managed the 6 groups with ease. She was aware of what was happening, and managed to ‘be there’ every time we needed help. She made a very positive contribution to the activities.

— Ron

Had been to a demonstration class before – this time was a hands on one. Loved learning how to cook some duck finger food with a glass or two of pinot noir to wash it down. Wendy is a terrific demonstrator and we learnt heaps. We had a living social voucher so made it very good value. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommend.
