Excellent hands of class again. I have done others classes in the past and they all were very enjoyable and good learning experience. As I was able to watch and learn hands on, it makes it easier to do those recipes at home. Finger food class was great learning experience and I already know, which recipes I will use to and to entertained friend, who has been enjoying my duck dinner parties.

The trainers Wendy and Nicki were incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food that was provided was incredible.
Left rolling out the building and will most definitely be doing more of these classes!

Kevin and I enjoyed our finger food class. Wendy was an excellent presenter and teacher. The recipes were all very different and delicious.

This was my third Luv a Duck cooking class. The teachers make it very easy to make us all look very good and I always go home feeling happy and acoomplished with more fabulous recipes in my culinary resume.

What an experience! So much fun and being hands on, we learned heaps about all sorts of duck finger food dishes from the friendly and more than capable staff of Wendy, Rhonda and Carole who were so efficient. So good that we have booked a group of eight for their Asian cooking class. I couldn’ recommend the experience more highly as it was certainly much greater than the money paid.

— Debbie

Fantastic atmosphere. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff.
Look forward to our next class

HAD A FANTASTIC CULINARY JOURNEY UTILISING DUCK IN SO MANY WAYS – THERE WAS SO MUCH FOOD TO INDULGE IN AT THE END OF EACH COOKING SESSION, I CAME AWAY FULLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY &QUANTITY OF FOOD PREPARED ON THE DAY. THANK YOU TO WENDY OUR HEAD CHEF FOR HER SUPPORT THROUGHOUT OUR COOKING SESSIONS & TO GAIL WHO KEPT US TOPPED UP WITH OUR DRINKS THROUGHOUT THE MORNING & KEPT THE KITCHEN IN FULL SUPPLY OF CLEAN DISHES. THANK YOU BOTH FOR AN ENJOYABLE MORNING. REGARDS ROSLYN C

The food was delicious and plentiful. My only gripe was that the instructor explained the entire menu before we got into the kitchen, and again afterwards before we started cooking – there was a lot of wasted time! Also the level of assumed general cooking knowledge is low, so be prepared for that if you’re already comfortable in the kitchen.

Had so much fun at this cooking class. The teacher was super helpful and patient with us and we ended up cooking a delicious French duck feast!

— Stella

Duck Finger Food Class was a fun night. The host, Karol and Joanne were very organised and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. At the end of the night, the whole class set down together and got to enjoy our hard work, yummy! We will book another class and be back again.

We had such a fun time on the duck canapés class. Each couple made two different canapés to share with the group over a glass of wine and everything was well organised. A perfect introduction to cooking duck at home for those who love duck but are not sure where to begin with cooking it. Definitely looking at attending future cooking classes.

We had a fabulous, informative and extremely entertaining night. It was very educational and we learnt so much in such a short time. So well structured with five teams of two working along side each other. Our teacher,Wendy and her assistant Ali,we’re so helpful and over the course of 3 hours wehad all created an entrée and main then sat and shared the banquet with some fine wine and good company sharing our experience and discussing the dishes we’d created. Certainly value for money and a lovely venue. Thanks so much!

— Lyn

It was a good class and I did learn some things about cooking with duck that i did not know. Well worth the price we paid for the class.

— Kay

We had a great time with Liz and Wendy in the new kitchen. Its such an inviting place to learn. The recipes were easy to follow and super delicious, and I was very happy with the generous portions. I love learning in this kitchen and am looking forward to coming back again.

There was so much to learn on the evening. I think the best was being taught how to roast a duck correctly for the best crisp skin. The whole evening was better than we expected, Wendy is a great ambassador for Luv a Duck she is so happy to help and share her knowledge. Everyone got on well and the banquet at the end of the class was 10 out of 10. I will certainly being some more classes.

— Sandra

Yes it was great. The teacher was great and had a very smart way of ensuring everyone finished their particular selection on time. My preference is to do less as there was a huge rush at the end. I would have preferred fewer dishes. But overall it was terrific. Loved the fact we were offered glass of wine then sat and ate and chatted up other participants in the class.

— Noela

Luv-A-Duck classes are always fun, delicious and really hands on. You learn how to easily handle duck and prepare fabulous dishes that are very easily recreated at home. It is a very relaxed night with great teachers.

— Marie

Loved it. Wendy is an excellent teacher and very good at explaining everything simply.
No recipe was too complicated and everything was delicious.

— Jill
