Great course! Just make sure you have an empty stomach!

Recently participated in the Hands on Duck Master class & Pinot Noir.
Had a fantastic day, very informative, small class works well.
I learnt a lot about roasting a whole duck & how to segment the different cuts (the crispy skin dried out for 2 days was amazing!) Great dishes, good company & overall a very enjoyable day.

— Vicki

Loved the morning I spent at this class! Everything was so well organised from the minute we arrived. The kitchen and dining room is so spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. It was fun to cook a course and then sit down with everyone to eat it before heading back to the kitchen to prep the next course. The recipes were so easy, but absolutely delicious! Couldn’t fault the 4 hours we spent here.

I attended the Duck & Pinot class on Saturday. Wendy & Liz were fantastic and made the day a memorable experience. The duck was delicious and I am not a red wine drinker but was surprised at how some of the wines actually tasted nice with the duck dishes and dessert. Well done!

My first time attending a Luv-a-duck class but it won’t be my last.
Thank you to Wendy and Mark for a fabulous four hour enjoyable experience learning how to cook and serve various luscious cuts of duck and pair each dish with some amazing Brown Bros wines. Such a fun time tasting delicious food and superb wines. Can’t wait to try all the skills learnt today at home and I look forward to attending another class in the future.

Loved loved loved this class and I can’t wait to go back and try another one. I’m very excited about doing my next duck at home. Staff are awesome and food tasted great. I highly recommend this to anyone who either wants to learn about duck or just loves eating it or simply just wants to do something a bit different with a group of friends. Also the desert was to die for

I arrived late but despite this was made to feel very welcome, shown my place and introduced to the other participants and furnished with the wine notes and the wine being discussed. Excellent attention and supervision of all participants and their cooking endeavours and particular attention to dietary needs (e.g. Gluten-free and Low Fructose). Plenty of time for discussion and questions and we were able to purchase products at 20% discount as well as receiving all recipes. An excellent and worthwhile class!

— Myra

We did Pinot& Duck class on Saturday morning. So much fun!! Wendy did an amazing job, demonstrating techniques, instructing everyone with the preparation of all the dishes. The wines paired with the dishes & Wendy’s knowledge/discussions about the wines made for a enjoyable experience.

— Kerrin

This was a fantastic high value class. The cook who lead the day was an excellent cook and lead the recipes with ease whilst giving the participants free reign and confidence to complete the course. It was conducted professionally in a fantastic facility. The wines were well represented and spoken about in great depth. Incentivising purchases on the day from the venue was also a good value add for participants on the day.

— Robyn
