What an amazing experience, so professional and the hosts a wealth of knowledge. We cooked 8 different dishes and sat down to eat an amazing banquet of food. The retail shop is amazing and you are able to purchase all the different cuts of duck.

Had a great morning and made some delicious meals. The meals are shown in a super easy fashion despite sounding and looking complex. My 10 yr old daughter had a great time and enjoying making (and eating) the many meals.

Loved the salad most of all

Really enjoyed learning how to dissect the duck – simple and quick but taught by a very skilled hostess.
