This class was absolutely wonderful! We learned how to break down a duck (more practice is needed, but now we know what to do) and so many different recipes to try at home. The hands on element is terrific, and it is so exciting to see your results being enjoyed by other participants. The teacher is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging and supports everyone in the class. The 10% off produce at the end of the class is just such a bonus.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hands on duck cooking course. Wendy was a very knowledgeable teacher. I left the course feeling confident that I could now cook duck. The only problem with this course was that we had so much food to eat after the cooking was done that I couldn’t do the food justice. May be a small doggy bag might have helped me to enjoy the food the next day.
