Luv-a-Duck was delighted to be invited and attend the launch of one of Australia’s most beloved calendar tropical food festivals, TASTE PORT DOUGLAS. Founded 11 years ago by the incredible Spencer & Reina Patrick, this celebrated event has grown into a four-day culinary spectacular in the heart of Port Douglas, drawing thousands of food lovers and the “who’s who” of both domestic and international chefs.
At the official launch, Luv-a-Duck was honoured to take centre plate with a stunning Principal dish, a pithivier of our delicious duck, apple, swede, and jasmine, beautifully complemented by roasted parsnip and a salad of autumn fruits, endive, lime, and honey.
A massive shout-out to our very own QLD/NT State Manager, Laura Norton, for seamlessly bringing together the Taste Port Douglas and Luv-a-Duck teams. Through this vibrant network of culinary lovers and industry experts, Luv-a-Duck continues to forge strong trading partnerships, ensuring our foodservice industry thrives with 100% Australian owned and produced products that are fresh, high in quality, cost-effective and in constant supply nationally.
