Confit Duck Legs

A traditional French cuisine, Luv-a-Duck’s Confit Duck Legs have been poached long and slow in its own juices. Simply heat and serve

  • No artificial colours or flavours
  • Gluten free

Oven (for best results)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray or dish, skin side up.
  3. Bake in the oven for 15 mins*.
  4. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Alternatively, heat as per following instructions...

Microwave – Remove the outer label and place the tray in the microwave without peeling or pucturing then plastic film. Microwave on HIGH for 2 mins*. During microwaving film will inflate to form a bubble as steam builds, vents in the tray allow steam to escape. Remove the tray from the microwave and allow to rest for 1 min. Peel off film and serve.
