A traditional French cuisine, Luv-a-Duck’s Confit Duck Legs have been poached long and slow in its own juices. Simply heat and serve

Microwave

  1. Remove this outer label, then place tray in the microwave. DO NOT PEEL OFF OR PUNCTURE THE PLASTIC FILM.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. During microwaving film will inflate to form a bubble as steam builds. Vents in the tray allow steam to escape.
  3. Remove the tray from the microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute. Peel off film and serve.

*Heating times are based on a 1000W microwave.

Alternatively, heat as per following instructions...

Oven (for best results)– Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray or dish, skin side up. Bake for 15 minutes.

Grill – Pre-heat grill on a medium high heat. Remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray, turning duck frequently under grill for 12-15 minutes

BBQ – Remove from pack and barbeque duck on a medium heat, basting and turning frequently for 12-15 minutes.
