Luv-a-Duck's Peking Duck 'Classic Chinese Pancake Pack' is perfect for any occasion. Containing two Peking Roast Duck Legs, ten Chinese Pancakes and delicious Hoisin sauce, just heat, arrange on a platter and let your guests make their own. It's so easy.
TO PREPARE
You will need to add:
- 1 small bunch spring onions
- 1 cucumber
TO HEAT
Heat the Peking Roast Duck Legs as suggested on the pack.
RECIPE IDEAS
Classic Chinese Pancakes
- Once heated, cut legs in half at the knuckle, remove meat from bones and slice.
- Slice the spring onions and cucumber thinly into 6mm lengths.
- Empty the sachet of Hoisin sauce into a small dish.
- Warm the pancakes as suggested on the pack.
- Arrange all on a platter and let everyone wrap their own.
To assemble
- Smear each warm pancake with a little Hoisin sauce.
- Add a slice of warm duck, some spring onion and cucumber.
- Roll up and enjoy.
