OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C
  2. Remove duck legs from pack, place skin side up in a large roasting tray and roast at 190°C for 1hr.*
  3. Then remove duck legs from the oven and rest for 5-10 mins.
  4. Season and serve with your favourite side.
