OVEN: FOR BEST RESULTS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Remove duck legs from pack, pat duck skin dry and place skin side up in a large roasting tray and roast at 200°C for 45 minutes.*
  3. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Remove duck legs from pack, pat duck skin dry and cook skin side up at 200°C for 10 minutes.*
  3. Reduce the temperature to 160°C and cook for 20 minutes.* 
  4. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

* Cooking times may vary and are only a guide. Please ensure product is fully cooked before consumption.
