Peking flavoured Duck Breast

An Asian classic, Luv-a-Duck’s tender and delicious Peking flavoured Duck Breasts have been cooked long and slow so you can simply heat and serve.

  • No artifical colours or flavours
  • Gluten free

Oven (for best results)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray or dish, skin side up.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins*.
  4. Allow to rest for 1-2 mins before serving.

 

Alternatively, heat as per following instructions...

Microwave – Remove the outer label and place the tray in the microwave without peeling or pucturing then plastic film. Microwave on HIGH for 3 mins*. During microwaving film will inflate to form a bubble as steam builds, vents in the tray allow steam to escape. Remove the tray from the microwave and allow to rest for 1 min. Peel off film and serve.

Grill – Pre-heat grill on a medium high heat. Remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray, turning duck frequently under grill for 8-10 mins*.

BBQ - Remove from pack and barbeque duck on a medium heat, basting and turning frequently for 8-10 mins*.
