These delicious Duck Legs are already Slow Cooked in Luv-a-Duck's famous Peking marinade to produce a deliciously flavoursome, tender and moist Duck Leg especially for you. All you have to do is defrost, heat and serve.

TO DEFROST

Microwave (1000W):

  1. Pierce bag several times with a knife and place in microwave, or alternately remove legs from bag and plage in a microwave safe container.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, until defrosted.


Refrigerator:

Defrost in overnight bag

 

TO OVEN HEAT

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove duck from bag and place onto a lined tray or dish, skin side up. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
