Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a fry pan on high heat.
  2. Season duck with salt and pepper.
  3. Add duck to the pan and cook for 5 mins, and then flip and cook for another 5 mins on the other side.
  4. Finish in oven at 180°C for another 8 mins or until cooked through.
  5. Remove duck breasts from pan and cover with foil, resting duck for 10 mins before thinly slicing.
