Deliciously decadent, and incredibly simple. It’s already pre-cooked, so just heat and eat! Done in 15 minutes.
How to prepare
ON THE STOVE
- Open pouch and tip contents into a saucepan.
- Heat on medium-high until boiling.
- Customise by adding ingredients like:
- Pineapple segments
- Cherry tomatoes
- Coconut milk:
- 165ml for a milder curry
- 90ml for a spicier curry
- Simmer for 1–2 minutes, adjust to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice.
